Hi,

The radiator overflow bottle cap has deteriorated in my '92 Verada, both the inlet and outlet tubes are cracked on the top of cap at the bends where they enter the bottle. Of course, because the inlet tube is no longer intact there is no sucking the ejected coolant back in to the radiator.

What's my best option for repair/replacement? My guess is that there's not much chance of finding something serviceable at the wreckers? I suppose one option might be to drill out the cap and put some other tubing into the bottle, maybe copper?

Otherwise are there any after-market bottles that suit?

Looking for suggestions... Thanks!
